Our guinea pigs live outside in a shed in our garden. We have a block of three 6 foot hutches that can be seperated by wire dividers to make six 3 foot hutches. So the boys can live seperately but still beable to see each other and have company. We also have another block of three 6 foot hutches that have wire dividers at 2 foot intervals so can make various sized hutches if needed. We also have various outdoor runs for our piggies. So they can have plenty of time outside on the lawn in the warmer weather.
Our girls (and Charlie our neutered boar) live on the floor of the shed so they have a large 10 foot by 8 foot space to run about and hide in. There is lino on the floor of the shed, which I then cover in woodshavings and hay. With lots of tunnels and boxes so they can stay cosy and warm.
